I don't want to nit pick or be disrespectful but carry is calculated in the futures market only. Basis appreciacion is the cash. Add the 2 and that is what your gain is. Your broker should be able to furnish a "percent of full carry" chart with all months listed. It changes daily because the price changes. It costs a lot more to carry $5 corn than $3.50 at the same interest rate.
