Sioux Center, Iowa | The epa has been literally flying around taking pictures. We saw some of them. They have lost a few cases because they lacked samples to prove their case. They are now taking tons of samples. If you have livestock facility runoff running into a road ditch you may be in trouble. A "sitting duck" were the exact words of a lawyer at one meeting. I realize some operations are sloppy, but the environmental wackos are cheering the epa and dnr to go beyond what is necessary to protect the environment.
