Potash Corp. rejected the Bid. Not high enough. They said it would be like stealing if they sold for that price. How much do you think it will sell for? Another mining company to watch out for is Vale. They have already bought out Mosaic & Bunge's Stake in Fosfertil and Fertifos & Yara's 50% stake in Brazil's Anitapolis Phosphate Mine.
