That all sounds good in theory, but what about the broader macro view that the US economy is slowing??, or the rest of the world??(japanese GDP came in much lower than expected) the "battle" for acres, you talk about, are no doubt, in your mind, of a higher price , but it's not the the absolute price that matters, but the RELATIVE price between competing crops that matter, and who is to say that the "battle" for acres will not be to the down side, in terms of relative price ??, their are still massive problems , in terms of the macro economic landscape that need to be worked on and those factors, in my opinion, over the long term, will have a bigger impact on price, than the so called "battle" for acres.
