Shelby, MT | jeez, that kind of talk can make you wake up in the middle of night with cold sweats......man that was a slow harvest. We did have some crop stay standing that year. Problem was that crop was the hailed out stuff, nothing in the heads to fall over...... pickup guards and a air reel got us through it... Now with all the people raising winter wheat pickup guards are the norm... they can have it.. along with their swaths...ha ha might do some swath snooping today, hoots have had some down for almost 2 weeks now...
sun is trying to peak out...I guess I will have to check out the buttes.. They are close to the 7k elevation that was suppose to get snow.. | |
