SESD | They are mad you are taking care of your stock and now want a half priced animal ? In addition you were honest enough to keep them updated of your activities. Sounds like they are trying to guilt you into giving some dollars away. I would be tempted to tell them you are sending their money back and find another buyer but that's just me. You work your butt off in a tough business for 23 years and when you make the tough decision to exit you get the pleasure of dealing with a loose screw. Nice!
On the other hand if you like price just sweep it under the rug, collect the cash and laugh it off on the way to the bank.
