Depends on what it's supplementing on the other end. Do we still use the "energy credits" in the DDG's to offset the Ethanol, even though that product is now valued at around $5-10 ton wet?

Directly or indirectly? How many fuel hoses and carburetor and etc has it eaten off of older machinery?

None. Imported gasoline affects gasoline prices in this country more than a few % Ethanol.
