My wife is Polish,so I get fed a lot of cabbage rolls or 'cabbage rolls' in a casserole. We've done the zucchini muffins, cake, pan fried,.... so she tried the zucchini casserole trick. Bit of ground beef, rice, tomato sauce, onions,... stuffed onto a split zucchini. Yum!!! Size does matter here; the bigger, the better; more leftovers.
