NE
I just received quotes from supplier for wet gluten, $26/ton @ my bunker or $30/ton at the farm with supplied bagger. Doing some rough figuring it would appear fairly attractive doesn't it? I'm thinking of wet gluten in bunker mixed with year old cornstalk bales to be able to pack then seal off pit when done with load of syrup. Has anybody done this, not trying to hijack, just reading these quotes made me realize no harvesting costs, no trucking, no hassle on corn costs...maybe a better deal than I gave him credit for?
