central Illinois Montgomery County | Hubby butcher few of our rooster chicken today. We just try to help the hens. The rooster overloving them. I roast the chicken and serve it at lunch/dinner. The kids never touch the chicken and I try eating few but I can't swallow the thing,it keep coming back lol. It smell good and taste good. I stuff lemon grass and some spices on the chicken and the whole house smell really good. Lemon grass add more flovor to your chicken. I even baked me successfully a blueberry pie.
