I have the excavator. 270 Hitachi and I don't think we will get much over $9000 in the whole thing. 3 ton. 2 speed compressor, desuperhaeter, ecm fan, back up elec heat, pipe, digging the whole thing, but it is a do it yourself thing.
My Central air thing gave up after 31 years the other day and I have decided to replace it with a 5 ton GSHP, the unit is about $5700 in the box. will dump water for the time being. It has the copper/nickle heat exchanger and 2 speed compresser, ecm fan, etc. Will also be a do it myself thing.
the things have a 5 year parts/ labor, 10 year parts warrenty
