hmmm, rising prices and the russians close off exports, great, can't deliver on our contracted wheat now. OK, wheat is $15/bu, now we can export again. I think they run their commodity exchange like they run their government. I'm sure enjoying it though, pricing for 2010 is starting to look attractive as I'm zero sold.
