| Locally, we have from 40-50 cent carry in the cash from now to Jan 1. Local E plant just announced they are taking only contract corn from now till basically Sept 1st. Local basis went to crap last night. I'd bet a lot of kinks got put in a lot of plans. May contract some Sept corn now to clean out bins. Really wanted that job done. Alternatively, utilize some temporary storage and contract for January, but, that is gonna cause a few complications. It would help if we knew how wet this corn was going to come off. Also, wasn't really expecting this day in the corn market today.
