Mascoutah, Illinois | Dollar has faded and Euro has climbed back to $1.30. Good bank earnings overnight in Europe and the Euro continues to trend higher. European stress tests turned out favorably even though they weren't very rigorous. 10 year treasury still below 3% even after today's 200 point move in the DOW. Your point about the dollar is well taken. I guess the question is, where does the Euro head in relationship to the dollar? It is difficult to answer. The greenback has taken a backseat in the news recently with so many other things on the front burner. | |
