| I hate that saying, because its not true. Maybe "your" individual cost of production yes, but the nation wide it sure does, exspecialy in the spring. How do you think firms come up with spring planting intentions. I suppose over the last 3 to 4 years we would be growing 12BB+ corn crops if corn was still $2? The market had to buy them acres at a price were someone could project a profit over the COP from them extra acres to get planted. Saying COP has no impact what so ever on grain prices is the biggest lie you'll tell yourself. | |
