The 3 types of wheat traded ~ HRW - hard red winter ( KCBT , kansas), HSW - hard red spring wheat ( MGE, Mpls), SRW - soft red wheat (CBOT chicago). I believe, most of the tradeing is on CBOT, but both Mpls and Kansas are short on theirs also. Which on to trade ? Well, the experence will trade them all and pit each against the other .. . .(I don't have a clue on how they come out on those trades) . . .

I'm not sure, which trade offers the best returns, or is it, least amount of risk?
