Subject: Re: Egypt buy's Russian wheat

bit north of London, UK
Tara, wheat was sold by Cargill and maybe AN Other. Rumour is at a neigh on $20 discount to next best offer (French). Why??

You are running Cargills' Russian division.
You have a heap of last years wheat in your control, bought cheap.
You are aware of strong rumours of possible export restrictions.

What you going to do?

Russian Authorities need to tell trade what they are going to do - one way or the other.

Edit - AN Other was Bunge

google " Nogger's Blog" for a good round-up of grain news from European perspective. And a particularly english - close to the line - sense of humour.
