No video or pics, sorry, but if the previous owner ran the unloader as he took it out it should have a space (tunnel) under the feed where it will go in. There has to be a space but if they did a good job when they took it out it should be fairly clean. Sorry if this sounds obvious but not sure about the experience you have with harvestores, there should be 2 rails that you set up (they hook up to the silo just below the tunnel and mount on a brace on the end away from the silo) to allow you to winch old unloaders out on or winch new ones in on. They are long enough to pull the unloader and the entire arm out of the silo. (run the new unloader as it goes in) If the tunnel is not clear enough to do this the guys who service ours have a hydraulic rotary cutter that they push in and pull out the loose feed by hand. When they crawl in they run a fan(with a hose I beleive) so the guy going in has enough oxygen to get out again. It looks crazy to crawl into the small tunnel under that many tons of feed but I guess that is why some guys don't do it themselves.

Assuming it is 1/2 full of forage, not grain. Probably not much different for grain but would not send anyone in on one filled with grain.
