BENTON, MO | Brad I live 50 miles east of there, and my inlaws had a mobile home weekend get away there for many years. There are not many places to stay as far as motels go. Several places to go camping though. My best advice would be to look at going to Kentucky Lake. Much more to do there and a lot better places to stay. The lake is also much bigger and cleaner than Wappapello. Might try www.VRBO.com for something different than a motel. We have rented condos when meeting relatives somewhere and have enjoyed it much more than staying in motels. Cost is comprable to motels and much more relaxing. | |
