Purchased it.  It was a ??? drawn mandrel pipe bender = no kinks in the bend to weaken the pipe.  (necessary to maintain the integrity of the pipe strength in racecar frames/cages).

not at all like the bender you would see in Harbor Freight or Northern tool.
