| Had time to do some more searching this afternoon and came across this page in a google search.

Seems the trouble started with some Office upgrades, could possibly be what happened to me.
Strange part is my daughters laptop had the same upgrades, but her resizer still works...
I don't understand the how or why of the modifications, but his instructions are good enough that even a novice like me was able to do it.
Image resizer works again. Sure missed being able to right click and pick a size and like snapping your fingers it was done.
