| I have a new HP printer, about $90 from Best Buy, and have hooked it up to my computer using an old USB cable from a Canon printer.
The printer will print word documents fine and prints off web pages. However, when my wife tries to print off cards and such from a Printshop program the printer will not print them. Has a message along the lines of "make sure you are using genuine HP products".
Has anyone had a similar problem?
2nd complaint: The printer will on occasion grab 10 or so sheets of paper at once and then register a jam. (Maybe this is why the machine was on sale.) | |
