Ashburn, GA, (very close to Heaven!)
Oh, I've done this several times.

ON WORKS SPREADSHEET, open file, click "Save as", and there should be an option for an "xls" format of some kind. Your formulas and maybe some of your formatting should carry over when you open the new file in Excle.

IN WORKS DATABASE, open the file, click "Save as", and choose the "dbf" option. Then you can open the file in Access or Excel. Again, virtually NO formatting, filters, or reports will carry over. Once open in Excel, do the "Save as" again and set the format to be "xls".
