A lamb will generally need about 5 oz of milk per pound of weight. This is the total for the day, so it can be divided out throughout the day, every 4 hours works pretty well if they are still under a week old, and you can get away with feeding right before you go to bed and right when you wake up if they are over a few days old. An easy trick might be to use a 12 oz water bottle with a nipple on it, to make measurements easier. (For example, if the lamb weighs 15 pounds, it will need 75 total ounces of milk during the day. This divides out to about 6 x 12-oz bottles, so you can give one full bottle every 4 hours).

The Pipestone Veterinary clinic is very helpful for any additional questions you might have: http://www.pipevet.com
