My brother in law is a state milk inspector. I've been told by him and the local inspector that the they and the Feds. have been into my barn to do a Federal bulk tank inspection on me. I've never been notified that they were coming nor did they leave a inspection sheet saying what they found here. I makes me mad, that I can't be here to walk thru the barn with them. They never call and say we are coming. I realize why, as they want to catch you doing something wrong. But I think you should have the right to face them if they accuse you of something.

No were have I signed anything giving them the right to come on the place and do this. I do like my local state inspector, he is a good man. If his sees a problem, he will call me, and leave a note. Why do some of them have to act like gestapo storm troopers?
