just a tremendous demand for grind beef.
Record exports of beef, no real imports coming in, harvest cattle weights steadily lower, thus No real supply of 50% trim.

Looks like the pack has stalled out fat cattle for a bit...generally get more Ups in slaughter cows when that happens.

Looks like decent yield cull cows will be in the $85 cwt range within 80 days.

Traditional fats may not move...but hamburger IS.

With everyone scrambling for grind beef...looks like there might be Big Macs this summer with more Lettuce but hold the beef.
