Also news story is not right about man being gouged as the bull had no horns.


The news got something wrong? say it aint so.

From the beginning hearing about someone who apparently knew nothing about cattle had a hot shot got be thinking it could very well have been brought on by himself, bull comes over to scratch on the truck and all the sudden gets hot shotted. Apparently we will never know what really happened since they are both dead, but I have said it before in the other killer bull threads: I have never seen a Bull or cow come after a person when they are in an open pasture, only when they are cornered do they turn and fight OR if they are already close to you (within feet) and somehow get pissed off. I'll exclude bucking stock and dairy from that as I have been around neither but know both are nasty. Hearing it was a Charolais doesn't surprise me as they were the only bulls we ever had that you did have to be very careful of.
