| Local utility sells removed poles in fairly good condition for $50. I've put a wireless bridge on them with excellent results. OR shoot a shot just from the other side of your trees to the gable on your barn, then run a wire to your office. Read the thread below started by Ron on how I feel about those "backhaul" wireless 5.8Ghz panels. I've had excellent results--throughput and reliability. Been worth spending a few extra hundred dollars in my situation. | |
