| Is anyone an expert on a Parmak SE3 fence charger? I have one that doesn't work. There is a round electrical component connected to a black and a white wire on the top of the charger that is fried. It is in a gray plastic boot and zip tied above the circuit board. Any markings that might have been there are now brown. If I knew what it was I could probably get one from Radio Shack. | |
