Yorkshire UK | These sort of things often just clear themselves in a few hours, if it goes on for a couple of days it's more likely a problem with your PC.
First thoughts are that the site is being blocked by firewall or anti-virus.
Have they updated themselves recently?
You may need to allow hotmail to do what it wants again.
Cookies from hotmail will need to be enabled I suspect.
Sometimes an expired cookie causes conflicts.
Clearing all cookies from hotmail then allow them again before you log-in should help.
