I would not be so worried with antibiotics and electrolytes as I would getting food in it. That is prolly why it is so weak to start with. It didnt get colostrum like it should have and in time. I would have milked the cow out and tubed it then let it nurse itself if it could get up. It prolly got stepped on early and didnt nurse like it should have. A calf without colostrum is a weak dude. That stuff is like a miracle drug. As you keep filling it up with fluid it feels less like nursing.
