That's the problem. Too many consider the ag machinery industry to be too small to be too be main stream. Honestly, how many critical units (sales) would Deere et al lose if they were to offer and support the development of a purely open architecture system for precision farming? How many sales were lost once the hydraulic coupler issue was finally resolved?
