I talked with support with SST about this issue a few weeks ago and they told me that you cannot use any imagery newer than 2004 in Summit. Apparently, NRCS changed the compression ratio in imagery after 2004 and Summit cannot use it. Not sure if they are working on a fix or not. I've found that the 2004 imagery works fine. Hope this helps.
