| Well I guess it depends if you are the landlord or the tenant and what kind of facilities you got? $50 is $0.137/day. I would not have a problem paying that for a concrete lot with shelter if it had guardrail or pipe fences and concrete bunks. I'd be getting 2 turns a year so that would figure in at $25/hd which can easily be paid for by having shelter and the cattle on concrete or good aprons and sloped lots. Now if it is a dirt lot with poor fencing and no fenceline bunks, I'm not even interested. | |
