It is quite common for me to get e-mail where questions or comments are expressed. I find it useful to embed my responses within the original e-mail text when I reply to the sender.
To make my responses "stand out" better, I often highlight them and change the text color.
Generally this works well but there are times (this morning) where the process fails. My technique is to type in my responses within the original text, go back and highlight my responses and change the color to red. This morning, I was able to do this with some text but not others. Some areas returned to the orginial text color.
I then tried highlighting smaller portions and changing them to red. This seemed to eventually work but with no predictable results.
Ideas???
