Yes it is peaceful here .

Friend from Texas said I could sell the breakfast view for $5000 per week .
He offered to write the add for the Business Daily News paper .....
Only daily vehicle passing is "Good Neighbor Don" on his morning rounds of coffee shops .


Grand daughter just dropped off the Great grand child for the day . Today She is working as a substitute for a
teachers aid up west of here @ a Hutterite Colony .

When this house was built in 1955 , it was located @ present spot for View reasons .(and water) Kitchen , dinning room , Living room all face "the hills " . There is a 3 acre pond in the front spring fed . It hosts a variety of watter fowl depending on the season. Ducks all summer , one pair of nesting geese , a fall gathering of geese , an odd pelican or two , Blue Herons in migration . Skating pond in winter , mosquito breeder in summer . :>)
Deer and Elk roam through the area , Antelope , coyotes , bob cats , a stray bear , moose , wolverine , have all graced the area @ various times.
