northern south dakota | I quit smoking june 15 09. It was my birthday. A friend of mine talked me into going to a hypnotist so I went to be support for him. He never quit but I did. I also quit diet coke I drank about 10 to 12 cans a day.. I still have the weight gain but my kids and wife are really REALLY happy that I did it. The thing I notice most is when my crew runs my tractor and smoke in it how bad it SMELLS..... I am the only one on the crew that does not smoke now and I keep reminding them that I did quit and they should. | |
