EC Nebraska | I'm trying to put together a "library" of part and supply catalogs and books in the shop. I do a lot of running into the house from the shop to find random parts that I might need. Decided that it would be quicker to have catalogs in the shop. I have thought about putting a computer in the shop, but to buy a computer that would hold up in the environment would be expensive. A few that I have are: Fastenal, Allied Electric, Shoup Parts, Northern Tool, Schaben Ind. It would be nice to get my hands on some filter cross reference books. On a side note, one of the handiest books I have in the shop is a pocket reference guide that I picked up at ACE Hardware. It's full of liquid and metal properties (melting points, boiling points, etc..), flow rates, specific gravities, resistances, electrical properties, and anything else you can think of.
Are there any catalogs/books that you refer to on a regular basis? | |
