Someone had one in the neighborhood when I was young, bucked several bales behind it as he baled for neighbors.  He had trouble keeping the propulsion unit going, as I remember, it had two Wisconsin engines, one to propel it, one to run the baler.  Several times he finished baling with the unit being pulled by a tractor, and him steering.

Never saw another one in the neighborhood other than that one, not too many people impressed, plus the cab was in a very dirty place and not air conditioned.
