southern Alberta | My hands crack and bleed this time of year and in seeding when I am digging in the dirt and handling fertilizer and seed. This is my grandfathers recipe he brought from Russia. I works best if you really rub in well before bed time as your hands will be sticky after you put it on. Contains 1/3 glycerine-ask for it at a pharmacy, and 2/3 lemon juice,from grocery store,shake well before use as it will separate somewhat. It will burn some if you have an open crack, but it works better than any store bought stuff, and no perfume scent. Strangely the dog also is attracted to licking my hands after an application, must be the lemon juice. | |
