Hey man I've walked that mile in your shoes. Just remember that some people are most likely to cut you down when you got something they want. Just keep your end goal in sight and be ready to shut your ears to people that really don't have your interests in mind. Congrats on the land purchase. I assume that tender means it sold to you, not familiar with that lingo.
