East of Dowagiac Michigan | I just got a receipt from the maker of my farm management software co for $300 for a software update and $18 for sales tax......I didn't ask for the update. I will call them when I cool off a bit.
In this day and age of Id theft is it legal for them to keep my credit card info from last year?
Should it reflect poorly on an ag accounting software co to not remember that item in their state bought for use in production agriculture are not subject to sales tax?.........I have had this discussion with them before they did have the right exemption form. |
