| Had an appraisal done on a yard site. No comps were available, I would think they would have just went a little older/farther away but they didn't. Instead they found some comps on the land as farm land and they took the cost to build the outbuildings the year they were built and then depreciated them. Sale price was already negotiated so it didn't really matter though. Is this standard on building sites? Very nice outbuildings. | |
