NE S.Dakota | Yes those were the Generator units for wind turbines, the wings came in while we were there. That was at the Coffee Cup, Summit SD. The baldes were 132 foot long according to the drivers. They had been making 80 miles per day, coming from Grand Forks, headed to Conde, SD. This was on Sunday. I had seen blades 80 feet long before. The drivers said they had hauled bigger ones to Idaho. | |
