just a tish NE of central ND | Well, it isnt/wasnt really bitter cold here, and we didnt get that much snow here either..... but that 40 mph wind and existing snow makes things move,turning it into a blizzard.The wind can be good and bad as the wind blows open roads off and deposits snow in sheltered areas.
We have been among the lucky people and have not lost power.Many to the south have not had power for days.There were outages, but not many and most are back online in our area.
