| Thouugh all three played for the Oakland Raiders they all were never on the team at the same time. Blanda played for the Raiders from '67-'75, Stabler from '70-'77, & Plunkett from '76-'81. Also, Neither Stabler nor Plunkett has made the HoF, & only Stabler made the Pro Bowl.
An interesting side note on Blanda, though he was best known as a QB & Kicker, his first year in pro football he was a Linebacker & played in 12 games at the position with 1 intercepion for 13 yds. His rookie year he also had 2 kick returns for 19 yds with a long of 17 yds. | |
