I think he is right .
Over the years I have seen many talented people quit sharing /using their "talent" it's sad .
Many are blessed , some choose not to share.
Edit : Some times too many talents are a curse , not a blessing .
Perhaps worded wrong , some people can not do justice to all their talents.
Perhaps " Burn out " may be part of the problem.
