| I am surprised they would even test you without seeing the card. I wouldn't get the medical card unless you need it. I usually let mine run out and renew it just before I have to renew my liscence,
Now if you get pulled over in a vehicle that requires you have a valid medical card and you don't have a current one on hand, you can expect some stiff fines.
