SW MICHIGAN | I was wondering what someone should pay a farm manager or themselves. I run a farm with some family members and we each draw what we think is a reasonable salary out of the farm. I was wondering if there is any publications out there that show what the average farm manager makes. To some people it seems silly to take a salary out of thier own business but isn't it necessary when trying to stay realistic and competitive? | |
