The dad of a kid in my high school class had a service station...when service stations did more than pump gas.   When my car was in his dad's shop getting some work done, my classmate made an extra set of keys for it.  So when we'd come back from an away ballgame or whatever, my car would already be out running the streets without me, getting into all sorts of mischief and you know who was getting the blame.
